Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by OmniNest. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency depending on where you shop from. Prices may change, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Please see our Shipping policy and Refund policy for delivery times and our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Safe use

Follow the product instructions. For wall tools, check for pipes and wires before putting anything into a wall, and use fixings rated for the weight of what you hang.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, OmniNest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
