Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free and tracked on every order to the countries we deliver to: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the European Union (including Malta), Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery times

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days to the United States and Canada, and 7–14 business days to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs or holidays. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at jean.shopfy@gmail.com and we'll help.
