If you're not happy with your order, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

Email us at jean.shopfy@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Condition

Items should be returned unused, with all parts, in their original packaging where possible.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
