When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if given) and order details. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details. Like most websites, we and Shopify also collect basic device and browsing information through cookies.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud and improve our store. If you agree, we may also send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the store: Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, our suppliers and shipping carriers (to fulfil your order), and, if you accept cookies, advertising and analytics partners such as Meta. We never sell your personal information.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK, California or Canada) you may have extra rights under local law, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
